Sales Consultants

Introduction

He /she will manage the entire end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to pipeline management through deal execution. This is an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities:

  • Create leads for the Multiply software solutions
  • Must maintain and communicate an accurate pipeline and forecast, taking responsibility for customer follow-up
  • Identify, develop, and cultivate relationships with senior level Clients and be able to simultaneously nurture existing relationships to drive renewal business
  • Proactively identify and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Maintain up to date information on industry trends and the competitive landscape
  • Partner closely with all stakeholders to form a strong, mutually supportive and effective business team

Required Skill:

  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • Strong communication skills are a must

Experience:

Software Support Engineer

2- 5 years experience

Introduction

Level 1 and Level 2 Lead Technical Support Engineer for the web-based products. Candidate should be highly experienced in providing excellent customer service and problem escalation/resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to end user requests
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web-based tools and email
  • Advise customers regarding the product’s proper use and address specific user issues
  • During problem escalations, act as a liaison between customers and Level 3 support
  • Candidate should assist the customers during deployments
  • Responsibilities of the talent/resourcing involved in providing support and Levels of incident or request treatment related to priority, urgency, escalation treatment and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Proactive in nature, identifying problems in advance and looking for continuous service improvement opportunities
  • Troubleshooting, Application Problem Solving with good communication coordinating with stakeholders and understanding requirements
  • Define/Adhere to processes and ownerships for cross functional services like Demand Management and Configuration-Release-Security management
  • Preparing the analysis document by studying the challenges facing by IT organization

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Product Development Engineer
(.Net Technology)

5- 10 years experience

Introduction

This is a hands-on role and will require you to mentor a team of junior developers and also guide the team with problem-solving and process optimization. You will work on Agile frameworks, popular coding languages and acquire an in-depth knowledge of our market leading product solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with the business teams and clients for requirements
  • Design and develop technical solutions
  • Estimate, plan and schedule deliveries
  • Help troubleshoot production issues with minimal support.
  • Manage deployments and releases
  • Source code configuration and management
  • Analyze and mitigate risks
  • Report accurate status to all stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor team member

Required Skill:

  • The candidate should have degree in Engineering or equivalent course from a recognized university
  • Should have good experience in C#
  • The candidate must have experience in writing queries for SQL Server and T-SQL
  • Experience in ASP.NET MVC 5.0 or ASP.NET Web API is must.
  • Experience in Entity Framework 6.0, Unity Framework is an added advantage.
  • Should have knowledge of JavaScript, jquery, jquery-UI, Node JS, React JS, Angular JS

Experience:

5 – 10 years in software development using .Net Framework 4.0/4.5.
